Our price list is pretty simple. This is what it costs to create most websites and to host them. The Bottom Line -- Total cost for the first year would be $500, plus the registration costs for you new domain name (if needed). The first year of free web hosting is measured from the time the website is completed and uploaded. We offer bundle deals for clients that purchase a package including a website, mobile version, and an email newsletter. Pornographers, spammers, and crooks can take their business elsewhere. We are principled and we will not be a party to that crap. We reserve the right to refuse anyone, and we will kill your account if you cross ethical lines. You will receive notice of such pending action in writing. Notes to Above: 1. The kind of features typically required for a solid small business site are within our basic package. We don't play games with extras. However, if you want a large online store (for instance), that would be an extra, and it would cost more to host. Few businesses want that. 2. Our competitors often sell hosting packages at a premium price. Hardly anyone needs the capacity they are selling, even fairly large companies. Small business people need a basic package that is very complete. Companies that need more generally have their own IT departments, and have no need for us. Our focus is on small business, and offering a fair deal at an outstanding price. 3. We don't do monthly carrying costs. We bill for work performed. Websites require virtually no attention, they just run along. We will do updates for $25 per hour, billable in 12 minute increments, basically a $5 minimum. Correction of errors and small stuff is often not billed. If we are correcting our mistake, it is never billed. 4. Hosting-only clients pay $100 per year.  We reserve the right to refuse any hosting client. This $100 includes setting you up with a FTP account and getting your domain name transferred. After that, you are on your own. If you want more, the rate is $25 an hour, billable as above. 5. Other additions to your website will be billed on an hourly basis. For example, if you want to do podcasting and have no idea how to record and edit files, that is beyond the scope of a simple web site. We can train to third party software, but can offer only limited support except as described above at our rate of $25 an hour.
